Step 1: Enquiry Form

Please submit your booking request on the Home Screen “request a booking.”

Step 2: Quotation / Invoice

We will provide you with a free quotation or invoice if already discussed prior. This will be sent to your email. (Please double check the junk folder if you haven’t received anything in 48 hours.)

Step 3:

Once payment is received, you will be booked in with the chosen date & time.

[PLEASE NOTE: If payment is not received, you won’t be booked, hires are on a first come first served basis]

Delivery
If you require delivery, we will send you a confirmation of arrival time on the day of your booking. We aim to be there on time but please allow 15 minutes give or take for traffic. Delivery charge may be applicable.

Pick Up From Us
If you would like to collect your hire from us, we will provide the collection address on the emailed invoice.
We do require a holding fee which will be returned to you once we have received the items back. The holding fee will be discussed prior to booking.
Please be prepared to have a larger vehicle available upon arrival if you have booked any larger items.

Non-Contact Delivery / Collection
If you require non-contact delivery or collection due to personal reasons, we are more than happy to provide you with this service. Please contact us prior to your booking date if you require this and we will provide you with a digital walkthrough of setting up our items if required.

Most of our equipment is priced on a 24 hour hire basis. (Excluding inflatables)
We are flexible with times for delivery & collection so if you wish to extend the hire, please contact us prior to collecting.
Anytime after 24 hours will incur a second day hire fee.

We usually collect our equipment on the same day of the booking. If your booking runs through the night, don’t worry! We will collect the following day. Please let us know before your booking date.

If you are collecting items from us, please return items at the time and location on the invoice (unless previously discussed.)
